1About Us

Yourdesignprints is a custom printing studio based in Pakistan. We serve customers inside Pakistan only.

2Orders and Acceptance

You can place an order through our website or by messaging us on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation of the product, quantity, price and delivery details, and you approve it. We may decline or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, a stock problem or a design we cannot print.

3Free Design Preview and Approval

We provide a free mock-up before printing. Once you approve the preview, we treat the design, spelling, colours, sizes and placement as final. Please check everything carefully, as we are not responsible for errors in artwork or text that you approved.

4Your Artwork and Content

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all images, logos, text and designs you send us.
• We may refuse any design that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, or that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• You are responsible for any claims arising from the content you ask us to print.
• For the best result, upload PNG, JPG or PDF files in the highest quality available. Low-resolution files may print less sharply.

5Prices and Payment

All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed in your order will not change. Bulk pricing is available for orders of 10 or more items. Payment methods and any advance payment will be confirmed with you before we start printing.

6Production and Delivery

Most orders are printed and dispatched within a few working days. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the product, quantity, your city and courier conditions. We deliver within Pakistan only. Delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will help track your parcel.

7Colours and Print Variation

Colours on your screen may look slightly different from the final print because of screen settings, fabric and printing methods. Small variations in position and shade are normal for custom printed items.

8Replacements and Refunds

Personalised items are made to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or errors in an approved design. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted compared with the approved preview, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos, and we will replace it or refund you.

9Cancellations and Changes

You may ask to change or cancel an order before printing begins. Once printing has started, we may not be able to cancel or change it, and a charge may apply for work already done.

10Intellectual Property

All website content, including our logo, text, layouts and graphics, belongs to Yourdesignprints and may not be copied or reused without permission. Your own artwork remains yours.

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12Privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on this page.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
