How long does delivery take?
Most orders are printed and dispatched within a few working days. Exact times depend on the product and quantity, and we'll confirm yours before you pay.
Can I order just one item?
Yes. You can order a single T-shirt, mug or phone case. Bulk pricing starts from 10 items.
Do I need my own artwork to start?
No. Send us a logo, photo or even just an idea and we'll help turn it into a print-ready design.
What file types can I upload?
We accept PNG, JPG and PDF files. For the sharpest print, upload the largest, highest-quality version you have.
Can I see a preview before you print?
Yes. Every order gets a free mock-up to approve, and you can ask for changes before anything is printed.
What happens if I'm not happy with my order?
Contact us and we'll put it right. Faulty or misprinted items are replaced or refunded, and personalised items are otherwise made to order.
What is the difference between single and bulk orders?
Single orders are priced per item. Bulk orders for teams, events and brands get discounted pricing and a dedicated contact.
Where do you deliver?
We're a UK-based store and deliver across the UK. We also ship to all of Pakistan. Get in touch if you need delivery to anywhere else.

Yes. Request a bulk quote and we can match colours, add names or numbers, and print your logo across a whole range of products.
